The In My Feedings Personal Program

The In My Feedings personal program offers a uniquely personalized approach to nutrition and wellness. The In My Feedings Personal Program is customized depending on your nutrition and wellness goals. Through a carefully designed and personalized combination of one-on-one virtual nutrition counseling, guided meditation, and journaling, we will work together to achieve your health goals.

 

What's included:

- Twelve 60 minute one-on-one virtual nutrition counseling sessions with registered dietitian Shannon, scheduled at a convenient time for you.

- In My Feedings Personal Program E-book full of journaling prompts, mindful eating activities, and meditation prompts.

- Personalized combination of recipe development, meal planning, goal setting, intuitive eating, mindfulness, and journaling, depending on your goals.

- Weekly check-ins.

- Unlimited email support.

It takes time and support to make change! To best support you in achieving your nutrition and wellness goals, the In My Feedings Personal program is a minimum of a 3 month commitment with continuous support.

The In My Feedings Group program contains many of the same aspects as the Personal Program but is done in the group setting. The Group Program allows you to give and gather support from like-minded individuals who are embarking on a similar wellness journey. If you love to connect with like-minded individuals and benefit from group discussion, the group program is for you!

- 12 60 minute group sessions with registered dietitian Shannon, scheduled weekly. Each week will cover a specific topic. Topics will vary and include:

  • Hot topics in nutrition
